Well Link Insurance Group is committed to providing immediate support to the community and customers. We will donate HKD1 million to the “Support Fund for Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po” established by the HKSAR Government to support the affected individuals of fire. At the same time, we are proactively reaching out to our affected customers and providing the support below:
- Provide a one-off cash allowance of HKD5,000 to each affected life insurance and general insurance customer for immediate relief.
- Customer service hotline to handle customers’ enquiries and offer support.
- Streamline and prioritize claims process for affected customers.
- Extend grace period for affected customers, allowing customers to maintain the coverage.
- Waive interest on the policy loan, till the end of 2027.
