• Hong Kong registered owners of the private car
• Registered owner shall hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card and a valid Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (Home Visit Permit)
• Registered owner must hold a valid driver's license of Hong Kong and Mainland
• Customer holding inforced policy of Well Link Private Motor Insurance
