(a) only applies to a policy of the Plan without any loading. It does not apply to any supplementary benefits attached to such policy; and
(b) is subject to the specified conditions as well as administrative rules (including the permanent life insurance plan available for conversion as specified by the Company from time to time and the minimum sum insured limit) of the Company at the time of conversion.
2 The total sum insured (including any additional coverage) of the new permanent life insurance plan cannot exceed the sum insured of the Plan.
